Event Staff - Candlelight Concert
What You’ll Do:
Unpack, organize, and take inventory of candles and related materials.
Assemble and arrange LED candles according to the event layout and design plan.
Ensure consistent spacing, alignment, and visual symmetry for aesthetic presentation.
Follow all fire safety guidelines and venue regulations during setup and operation.
Place batteries in LED candles correctly.
Coordinate with event leads to confirm placement and timing.
Perform pre-event safety checks to ensure candles are secure and stable.
Activate LED candles at designated times prior to the performance.
Replace, monitor or readjust candles between shows and address any safety concerns or outages after each concert has ended.
Remove all batteries post-event during the teardown, packing, and cleanup timeframe.
Report damaged materials or safety issues to event management.
Who You Are:

- Experienced in event coordination (wedding planning, catering management, or event planning preferred).
- A strong team player who can confidently complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Personable and professional, comfortable interacting with concert guests.

Location: New York, NY
Pay: $20-25 per hour (Open to $20/hour for those looking to build experience)
Hours: 5 hours per event (starting once per month, increasing to twice monthly)
